* It is very common that when cutting underneath tile ,some pieces might chip or fall off with the
vibration. Especially if tile is old or hollow in back. That is why it is normally recommended that
retile when you replaster you pool.
* Holes drilled must go through ground to avoid pool from lifting.
* Wait at least 12 hrs. before applying plaster.
* Acid must be neutralized before discharging to street.
* VERY IMPORTANT NEVER under any circumstance turn off water til it reaches tile line.
* It is a man made job.
* Pool plasters consistsof minerals which are products of nature and are subject to natural variations
in color, shade and texture. With shifts in water color, sun and shade.Final color cannot be
demonstrated with total accuracy. Enhancing the natural appeal of the finish.
* Extremely normal and common to have spider cracks. Especially spa, steps & benches.
* It takes approx. 28 days for plaster to cure. You must monitor pool daily during this time.
* VERY IMPORTANT to begin brushing pool twice a day for 7-10 days as soon as it fills.
* Have faucet water being use to fill pool, tested for metals.
* Bad water chemistry is what causes your plaster to stain.(Improper chemical balance, lack of
maintenance, combination of chemicals, metals, etc.
NOTE: Putting chemicals alone will not keep your pool looking nice. A proper filtration system along with care including brushing your pool on a regular basis plays an important roll in keeping your pool looking nice and clean.
